We are excited to invite clarinetists of all skill levels to participate in the Community Clarinet Choir as part of the Tampa Clarinet Festival 2.0, hosted by Hillsborough College. This event is free and open to the community and offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with fellow clarinetists, rehearse in a large ensemble setting, and learn from outstanding educators and performers.
This year’s festival highlights feature Tony Negron, Calvin Falwell, and Asher Carlson—three respected artists and educators known for their engaging teaching, musicianship, and dedication to clarinet education. Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to interact with all three clinicians through rehearsals, discussion, and a special Q&A session designed to help players connect, learn, and build community.
Whether you’re a seasoned clarinetist or just getting started, the Community Clarinet Choir provides an inclusive and inspiring environment to make music, learn from experienced professionals, and celebrate our shared love of the clarinet.
The Community Clarinet Choir brings together clarinetists of all ages and experience levels for an exciting, high-energy performance in the festival’s finale concert.
