Florida Wind Band Board of Directors: Join Us in Shaping the Future of Music!

The Florida Wind Band is a cornerstone of our community, dedicated to entertaining, educating, and inspiring through high-quality wind band performances. Our Board of Directors plays a vital role in ensuring the continued success and growth of the organization, providing both visionary leadership and essential financial support.

Board Member Contributions: We invite all Board Members to make a minimum annual contribution of $500 (through personal donation or fundraising). These contributions provide the financial stability needed to support the general operations of the Florida Wind Band.

Board Membership Options: We offer two ways to get involved:

1. Advisory Board: Meet quarterly (virtually) to provide financial oversight and guidance, ensuring the organization’s long-term health.
    
2. Executive Board: Take a more hands-on role by serving in a leadership capacity with specific responsibilities, such as:
   • Strategic planning and performance evaluation to ensure the organization fulfills its mission.
   • Assisting with fundraising efforts and building relationships with community members, corporations, and foundations.
   • Volunteering at rehearsals, concerts, and special events to support the Florida Wind Band’s programs.

As a Board Member, you’ll have the opportunity to go above and beyond your contribution by participating in fundraising, engaging with your community, and helping us deliver exceptional performances and outreach.
