The Florida Wind Band Board of Directors is the visionary and financial foundation to the organization. To remain a pillar in our community to entertain, educate, and inspire through live performances of high-quality wind band music, Board Members make a minimum suggested contribution of $500 annually (give or fundraise) as their independent financial contribution, providing stability for the general operation of the organization.
There are two tiers of Board Membership and involvement. The first option is our Advisory Board which meets four times a year, quarterly, on Zoom to provide financial oversight for the organization. The second option is our Executive Board which provides a more active and hands-on approach to the organization by serving in a titled role. Responsibilities include:
