Chase the darkness. Carry the light. Follow the story.
Step into the first chapter of the Florida Wind Band’s Lights Out Chamber Series, where music and storytelling illuminate the darkness. In The Storyteller’s Lantern, a traveler lost beneath the night sky discovers a small light shining in the distance. Guided by a mysterious lantern and the kindness of those who carry its flame, the journey home becomes a tale of courage, generosity, and the power of helping others find their way. As the story unfolds, an intimate chamber ensemble transforms darkness into sound, weaving music and narration into an atmosphere of mystery and wonder. Each note becomes another step along the journey, reminding us that even the smallest light can guide us through the darkness—and that some lights shine brightest when they are shared.
The light continues October 29!
